Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

It is our great honor that you choose our products. Your satisfaction is the most important thing we continuously pursue. If regrettably, you find our item(s) have the following issues that could not meet your requirements, you have the right to return the item(s) to get a refund. It's really important for us to offer a fair and responsible Return/Refund/Exchange policy. We also will check each order before we arrange shipment.

1. Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (including products like HDMI adapters, replacement shells, memory cards, and SD card adapters), you may initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the package. To ensure smooth processing, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Provide your order number and return tracking number via our dedicated mailbox (service@bitfunxshop.com) once you ship the item back.
  2. After we receive and inspect the returned product (to confirm it meets the return criteria), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 working days. The refund will typically reach your account in 1-3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels), with no signs of wear or modification—this ensures it does not affect secondary sales. For example, transparent replacement shells must not have scratches, HDMI adapters must remain unopened or unused (with no insertion marks on ports), and memory cards must not have been formatted or used in game consoles.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from bitfunxshop.com (purchases from third-party platforms or resellers are not eligible for returns through our shop).
  • You must ship the product back within 7 days of initiating the return request (we recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages).

2. Refund Policy

We strive to resolve refund issues fairly and efficiently, especially for unforeseen problems with your order. Below are the scenarios and corresponding refund rules:

Scenarios for Free Refunds (No Return Required & No Shipping Costs for You)

  • Lost Packages: If the shipping carrier confirms your package is lost during transit, provide your order number and the carrier’s loss confirmation document.
  • Damaged/Defective Products: If the product is damaged during shipping (e.g., a crushed replacement shell, a non-functional HDMI adapter) or arrives defective (e.g., a memory card that cannot be recognized by a console), provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage/defect.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., a PS2 HDMI adapter instead of a Nintendo 64 HDMI adapter) or an item that does not match the website description (e.g., a "transparent blue" shell that is actually black), provide your order number and photos of the received item for verification.

For the above cases, you do not need to return the product—we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 2 working days, or offer to resend the correct item (at no extra cost to you), based on your preference.

Scenarios Where You Bear Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the return shipping fee if the refund is requested due to:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Change of mind after receiving the product (e.g., deciding you no longer need the GC2SD adapter).
  • Incorrect Selection: Choosing the wrong style, model, or region (e.g., purchasing a "Super Nintendo NTSC-U" replacement shell when you need a PAL version, or selecting the wrong memory card capacity).
  • Wrong Shipping Address: Providing an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, leading to delivery issues.

Order Cancellation Rule

Orders cannot be canceled if:
More than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, or
The order has already been processed and shipped (you may instead initiate a return after receiving the package, following the Return Policy).

3. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a product (e.g., swapping a replacement shell for a different color, or changing an HDMI adapter for a model compatible with another console), you may initiate an exchange request within 7 calendar days of receiving the package.

Scenarios for Free Exchanges (No Shipping Costs for You)

You will not be responsible for exchange shipping costs if the exchange is due to:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: The received item is damaged in transit or defective (e.g., a non-working PSxMemCard).
  • Incorrect Items: Receiving the wrong product (e.g., a Wii HDMI adapter instead of a GameCube HDMI adapter) or an item that does not match the website description.
  • Wrong Size/Model: Receiving a product that does not match the size/model you ordered (e.g., a "TRN Green" N64 shell instead of "TRN Blue").

For these cases, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you. You only need to return the original product (following the same packaging/condition rules as the Return Policy), and we will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Scenarios Where You Bear Exchange Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for both the return shipping cost (to send back the original item) and the shipping cost of the replacement item if the exchange is due to:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind about the product (e.g., deciding you prefer a different color of the replacement shell).
  • Incorrect Selection: Choosing the wrong style, size, or model (e.g., purchasing a PS1 HDMI adapter when you need a PS2 version, or selecting a memory card with insufficient capacity).
  • Size/Compatibility Issues: The product works as described but is incompatible with your console (e.g., a GC2SD adapter that is compatible with GameCube but not your specific Wii model—please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing).
